Study On Evaluation Model And Simulation Of Waste Management Effect In Expressway Construction Project

At present,most of the waste generated by the expressway construction project is treated by the way of landfill,which play serious influence on the ecological environment of our country.The disposal problem of expressway construction project waste is one of the main factor that restrict the sustainable development of China's construction industry.Therefore,we should choice right,economical and effective disposal methods on waste of expressway construction project,in order to achieve as well as promote social,ecological and economic benefits,which means great significance for sustainable development of China.Firstly,according to the common problems and research status of waste management in this paper,the concept of construction project waste and its management is defined,which from the perspective of sustainable development,life cycle and other theories.Based on the analysis of important evaluation of the management effect of the waste,combined with the research of waste site management and project life cycle,the evaluation framework for the management is established.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the waste management of expressway construction project and the analysis of the evaluation framework,the factors that affect the economic and environmental effectiveness evaluation of the waste management are identified,analyzed and explained.And with the principles and methods of system dynamics modeling,using Vensim simulation software,the feedback circuit diagram and flow chart are described,according to the waste management assessment of the logical relationships,the SD model is established for the evaluation of its effects.Finally,"Hunan Province Expressway Yi ma 5 combined with construction project" waste management as an example,the empirical research should be put on waste management effectiveness evaluation model of highway construction project.From the empirical analysis of the situation,the dynamic changes of the waste production,treatment capacity,economic benefit and environmental benefit can be better reflected by the evaluation model of the waste management of expressway constructionproject.At the same time,the evaluation factors that effect waste management,which identified by this paper not only can provide the basis for decision-making in the management of waste management projects,but also provide useful information for government department of construction project construction.
