In recent years,with the continuous development of the electronic information industry,new electronic products are constantly being introduced,the number of electronic wastes has increased sharply,and the global ecological environment is facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,the recycling of electronic products has received widespread attention around the world.However,due to the lack of a formal recycling management system,China's e-waste recycling methods are still dominated by informal channels.The recycling technology is relatively backward,which makes the recycling efficiency greatly reduced.The construction of the formal recycling mode is imminent.How to choose a reasonable recycling mode become one of the problems that plague society and businesses.Therefore,this paper compares the economic benefits and recovery effects of closed-loop supply chains under different recycling modes,and provides a reference for enterprises to select better recycling models.This research has very important practical significance.According to the difference in the number of recycling channels,this paper divides the formal recycling mode into a single recycling channel mode and a dual recycling channel mode.With the improvement of people's consumption level and environmental awareness,manufacturers gradually tend to choose the dual recycling channel mode.To the extent that it can increase the proportion of recycling and achieve economies of scale.In view of this,this paper uses the system dynamics method and the simulation software to expand the research ideas based on the comparative analysis of the single recycling channel mode,and explores the selection strategies of the dual recycling channel mode.Then the optimal single channel mode is compared with the optimal dual channel mode.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories and summarization of the references,this paper defines the necessity,feasibility and innovation of using the system dynamics method to analyze the electronic waste recycling mode.Secondly,based on the recycling channels,the recycling modes are classified,and the advantages and disadvantages of different recycling modes are compared,which provides reference for the enterprise to choose the proper recycling mode.Thirdly,according to the system dynamics modeling steps,the SD models of the closed-loop supply chain in different modes are constructed respectively using Vensim simulation software.Then taking Sichuan Changhong Co.,Ltd.As an example,this paper explored the optimal recycling mode of economic benefits and recycling effects under different conditions.Finally,according to the current status of electronic waste recycling in China,this paper puts forward several suggestions.Under the premise of the conditions assumed in this paper,when the market demand is normally distributed,the results are as follows,(a)Among the single recycling channel modes,the SR model has the best economic benefit and recycling effect,(b)Among the dual recycling channel modes,the MTR mode has the best economic benefit,and the MSR mode has the best recycling effect.(c)The economic benefit of the SR mode is better than the MTR mode,and the recycling effect of MSR mode is better than MR mode.This paper has 42 figures,21 tables and 70 references.
