Diacetate cellulose possesses good Hygroscopicity and adsorption characteristics,the fabric possesses good moisture absorption and quick drying.It's stable anti-pilling and antistatic make it use for lining of high-end clothing.Diacetate cellulose fiber has good hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity,which make it suitable for anti-inflammatory antibacterial gauze and wound dressings.Because of the damp environment,the surface of the human body is easy to breed bacteria,diacetate cellulose fiber gauze to avoid the presence of excessive moisture and thus improve the hygiene of the wound surface,the gauze made by diacetate cellulose fiber can avoid the presence of excessive moisture to improve the hygiene of the wound surface.CDA graft with phthalic anhydride(PA)and succinic anhydride(BA),we get CDA-g-PA and CDA-g-BA,which were prepared by esterification of diacetate cellulose as raw material,and the characterization test of CDA-g-PA were studied by 1H-NMR,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).In order to endow the antibacterial properties to the modified CDA,the broad spectrum antimicrobial levofloxacin(Le)was introduced into CDA-g-PA and CDA-g-BA by grafting method,and the qualitative and quantitative antibacterial experiments of CDA-g-PA-Le,CDAg-BA-Le was carried to observe and calculate the inhibition rate and the size of the inhibition zone.Broad spectrum antibacterial agent levofloxacin without stimulation to the skin and its lack of skin allergies which can be faster and more effective for antibacterial sterilization.Grafted CDA possess its own good hygroscopicity and lasting stability of the antibacterial,it will have a better development in the medical and textiles field.Related research was as follows:In this paper,CDA-g-PA and CDA-g-BA were obtained by modification of cellulose diacetate,the hydroxyl groups of the structure initiate phthalic anhydride and succinic anhydride.The esterified were characterized by 1HNMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that cellulose diacetate was successfully grafted with acid anhydride.Introduced the levofloxacin(Le)into CDAg-PA and CDA-g-BA by a grafting method to give it a lasting and stable antibacterial property.In details,the carboxyl groups in the structure of CDA-g-PA and CDA-g-BA are activated by N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS)with crosslinking agent 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC.HCl).The CDA-gPA-g-Le and CDA-g-BA-g-Le were prepared by esterification.The qualitative and quantitative antibacterial experiments of CDA-g-PA-g-Le and CDA-g-BA-g-Le was to observe and calculate the inhibition rate and the size of the inhibition zone.Experimental results show that the CDA grafted antimicrobial agents on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus have a significant stability of the antibacterial effect.So that cellulose diacetate in the medical,textile and other fields have better development.CDA and CDA-g-PA-g-Le fiber were prepared by electrospinning.The apparent morphological changes were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV spectroscopy(UV)characterization was used to analyze the growth of bacteria in the antibacterial test.The size of the inhibition zone was calculated and the antibacterial property stability was observed through the qualitative antibacterial test of CDA-g-PAg-Le fiber.It was demonstrated the potential application in wound dressings.
