With the development of society, environmental problems have become more and more important events involving the national economy and the people's livelihood, among which the treatment of air pollution is particularly important. The treatment of industrial flue gas has a relatively mature development both in theory and technology. It is also necessary and urgent to study the risk management of flue gas treatment project. In this paper, the risk of flue gas treatment project is expounded according to the relevant theory of engineering risk management.Through analyzing the influencing factors of VA risk management in VA project, the author thinks about the risk of flue gas treatment project Measures.First, the theory of engineering risk management is expounded.Aiming at the influencing factors of project management risk of flue gas treatment project,an index system for flue gas treatment project is put forward. The evaluation model of the weight value of the risk evaluation index is given by ANP network analytic hierarchy process.Secondly, with the actuality of the risk of the flue gas treatment project, the blind number theory is applied to the risk estimation, which is used to calculate the probability of occurrence of risks in each stage.Based on the D-S evidence theory, the risk consequences are quantified and risk assessed. And the quantification value of the risk-induced consequence is obtained by using Matlab to simplify the calculation process. Finally, the system dynamics model was used to establish the response model of the flue gas treatment project.Combined with the situation of the VA project, according to the specific project risk analysis, risk identification of the project has been put forward practical measures to deal with.
