Through the structure optimization and improvement of the No.4 line Flat rolling mill of Iron and Steel Co.,we can not only improve the strength and reliability of the work roll uncoiling machine,but also reduce the frequency of the coils.Thus,improve the strip coiling quali ty,and combine with the unit before the tension machine,the tension can achieve 100 k N,which can prepare for the next production process.In addition,through the structural improvement the potential equipment accident can be eliminated,and ensure the s afe and stable operation of the equipment,thus it is of great significance to achieve the goal of increase the unit production efficiency and the production stability.With the continuous expansion of production capacity of the No.4 line of cold rolling mill,the working strength increases,and gradually thin out some failure,such as the core shaft and rod connection is often broken,dovetail groove bolt fracture,spindle lack of lubrication abrasion etc.In this case,the optimization mechanism of the structure of the original equipment,mainly including the improvement of fan-shaped plate and pyramid sleeve connection,driving rod sleeve pyramid method,and the connection mode of harmomegathus cylinder rod cap and spindle connection mode,redesign lubri cation set and improve the Segment structure form.And using the SOLIDWORKS the optimization and analysis of reel is conducted,including drum mild calculation,mandrel radial pressure calculation and strength check of the hollow spindle,it demonstrates that the uncoiler's automatic necking can reduce the radial pressure of drum.Analysis and strength check by the take-up reel reveals that the strength of spindle is strong enough,safe and reliable,which meet the needs of production.The design of the dru m for the expansion cone,through the calculation of the hollow shaft and check the drum pyramid sleeve,and using the simulation of finite element analysis of the structure,can meet the production requirements.By analysis of modeling part such as the re el sector plate and spindles of the uncoiler,the choice of materials can be reasonably,thus achieve the purpose of reliability.T he structure of large tension uncoiler reel is designed reasonably,perform stably according to this design method,which can meet the production requirement of large cold rolling tension leveling unit.
