After 2000,as the country vigorously support the development of the aerospace and other industries,as well as increasing competition in manufacturing,manufacture of aircraft parts are also with the rapid development of digital technology into the digital age.Only to ensure low-cost,high-quality,environmentally friendly aviation parts,in order to maintain the advanced nature of aviation products,which need to have more height,more accurate,more reliable processing technology.However,parts of the aviation industry products tend to have high temperature,high strength,difficult process,alloys and composites much more complex structure,technology requirements,expensive features.Ordinary low-end CNC machining center cutting precision,quality,efficiency and other aspects are difficult to do the job.For aircraft landing gear,engines and other titanium parts processing with domestic-made high-end CNC machine tools and CNC systems China is currently still blank.First,there is a statement of the development trend of CNC technology in this paper,then discusses the necessity and advantages of NC transformation,describes the main characteristics and application of CNC milling machines,analyses the transformation feasibility and transformation steps.Secondly,the principle of machine coordinate motor control servo drive system has been studied,each motor machine tool selection methods have been analyzed and calculated.By means of using the GSK system GSK25 i of XAC FSP-120 V five-axis CNC vertical machining center NC transformation,illustrates the debugging method of the system,designed the machine programmable logic controller(PLC)program and magazine program,introduced under the five-axis RTCP(rotating tool center point control)machine tool positioning accuracy and precision of detection and compensation;At last,combining with the practical experience in engineering,detailed designed the CNC machine tool spindle and supporting bearing,and spindle designed strength and rigidity analysis,check their static strength and stiffness properties.
