Grinding operation is the vital part of the process of the whole concentrator,which works efficiency and the level of control will affect the economic benefits of concentrator.With the increasing of modern automation at home and abroad,it causes the concentrator to improve the degree of automation in further,but the problem of the “information island” is also existed,it will also affect the development of automation's level and the improvement in economic conditions.To improve the current situation of the concentrator,this thesis uses the popular“Internet +” theory combined with intelligent manufacture concept to develop a system,based on the specific models of B/S and C/S.Firstly,the database is introduced in the system which can be served by IP address,accomplishing dynamic function by static database and make information share.Secondly,it introduces of data mining technology to extract the valuable information in the database and generate intelligence report and compares value between calculation and operation to establish the alarm system.Thirdly,it uses historical data in the database drawing dynamic curve to know the condition of mill running and the value of mill load in different place,through the client can view a certain period of time mill running status graph and the mill load.Meanwhile,it realizes the function of web page refresh automatically and make the mill load and the dynamic curve of real-time display in the browser and see the scene of the ore dressing operation in different place by mobile phones or computers.On the base of success in different function test,this system has succeed to operate in concentration of chengde,it almost solve the problem of “information island” and the introduction of data mining technology is effective for generation of report and the establishment of the alarm.Managers can be convenient to know the stability of mill and various grinding machine parameter values and make instructions in time.
