Ball mill, as the main equipment of concentrator, plays an important role in the whole process of mineral selection. The grinding process on control level and effect will directly affects the quality of the mine grinding product, and then impacts the economic benefit of concentrator. With the rapid development of automation level and the improvement of industrial production capacity, it comes up a various functions of grinding automation subsystem and applies in the concentrators. New automatic system greatly improves productive efficiency and the level of management, but various automation subsystems operate independently from each other, which results in the "information island" phenomenon. This phenomenon leads the concentrator cannot reach information exchange, impede the automation process and the development of the concentrator. The software platform for the integrated automation of grinding and mining is to integrate the independent subsystems of the concentrator, through the computer, the database and other things to make the mutual independent function integrate into a big system, achieves the goal of sharing both the information and the resources. The application of integrated automatic supervision software has outstanding effects on improving working efficiency, ensuring production safety, improving management level.The status of development and trend of integrated automation in China and abroad are briefly introduced, and the function and performance of the integrated automation monitoring software are analyzed. The software structure of the software platform of the integrated automation is put forward, and the function modules of the software are designed. Solving two key problems in the system: data IP address and data two phases of the program, which makes an exposition of some key codes to the software. Finally,the function of database connection, data communication, software interface button and knob, report and management functions are tested. On the basis of the test, the paper integrates the various function modules, and introduces the display interface of the whole system software platform.
