Circular Workpieces are widely used in industry, such as powder material of ring die, in the production of wire drawing wheel, cone, etc., crushing roller and continuous casting roller mills are widely used, can also be used as a ring. Circular Workpiecesis often as an important part of the mechanical structure, circular pieces of failure directly affects the normal operation of the production. For some ring work conditions, service life is short, the laser cladding technology applied in the circular parts manufacturing and remanufacturing, is the effective measure to improve product performance and service life.Based on laser cladding technology in the application of circular pieces of remanufacturing, studied from the perspective of numerical simulation and experimental annular encountered in the process of remanufacturing of annular parts quality of the cladding layer, and studied the Ni base composite alloy powder cladding layer process and performance, to circular pieces of Ni base alloy laser cladding remanufacturing lay the foundation. The main research content is as follows:Through ANSYS software, the circular pieces of a numerical simulation of the remanufacturing of laser cladding on the size of the ring are analyzed the influence of different parameters of laser cladding process, adopts the method of single variable, in the process of laser cladding temperature field, strain field and residual stress field were analyzed, and lay a foundation for circular pieces of remanufacturing.The idea of limit, tablet, ring, shaft is obtained by the experiment of cladding alloy layer, and the cladding layer microstructure analysis, and compared with the results of numerical simulation to confirm each other, have no defects of cladding layer.According to existing analysis and practical engineering experience, optimize the process parameters of laser cladding. Based on the characteristics of laser cladding technology of circular parts, for different shapes of ring pieces put forward two kinds of Ni base alloy composite powder, compared and analyzed the two kinds of Ni base composite alloy powder cladding layer performance.Tooling design circular pieces of remanufacturing, and to develop a specific process steps of the remanufacturing of laser cladding, completed the circular parts remanufacturing of industrial application test.
