Water jet technology,which has many advantages that traditional cutting technologies do not have,is a new technology and technique developing rapidly in recent years.With the development of large-scale,intelligent and special equipment,the application field of water jet technology has been expanding.It has become a focus of modern industry to perfect and enrich the research and application of water jet technology.The high pressure system is the power output system of water jet technology,of which the importance is self-evident.However,many problems exist in the traditional high pressure system of water jet,such as complicated structure,high cost,unstable kinetic energy and low intelligence and so on,which seriously limits the rapid development of water jet technology.Based on the above background,the paper carried out related design and implementation of the high pressure system of cutting machine based on the numerical controlled water jet with ultrahigh pressure,combined with the practical application needs of a manufacturer of water jet cutting machine in Nanjing.This system is divided into two parts: pressurization system and monitoring system.The pressurization system is mainly responsible for supplying the stable pressure of more than 300 MPa to supply water jet cutting machine.The system is based on Delta DVP-20 EH series PLC as the logic control center,and the whole system is built with the relevant motor.It wildly uses the pressure transmitter,temperature transmitter and UHZ and others of the water cutting industry as the sensors to complete the collection of operating parameters of the pressurization system.PLC completes the A/D conversion through the external analog module,and communicates with the monitoring system through the Modbus protocol.The monitoring system is equipped with the microprocessor chip STM32F103ZET6 with the kernel of ARM Cortex-M3,and uses μC/OS as the operating system and FATFS system as the file system,combined with the dual frequency GSM/GPRS module and the GPS module.Single buffer design and DMA transceiver are adopted to improve the reliability and real-time performance of the system.Improve the system response by interrupt mechanism.It is responsible for the real-time receiving and displaying of the running status of the pressurization system.When the fault occurs,it will immediately alarm to the designated mobile phone and has a TCP connection with the monitoring computer to transmit alarm information,and after that,open the internal timer to complete the function of remote operation.After testing,high voltage system designed in this paper can effectively solve the structure of high voltage system are complex,high cost,energy instability,intelligent degree is not high several big problems,achieve the goal of improving efficiency at the same time to solve the problem of the design at the beginning.The output pressure of the pressurization system is stable,the monitoring system can display the important parameter information in real time and realize the function of alarm and remote control.
