Coal mine gas disaster is one of the most dangerous factors which affect the safety production of coal mine,and it is also the biggest and the most serious problem in the coal mine safety.Therefore,the prevention of the gas disaster is a key problem of coal mine safety production.The gas content of coal seam is the main parameter of coal seam gas,which is the fundamental basis for the evaluation of mine gas resources and the prevention and control measures of mine gas disaster,and even can be said that the accuracy of measured value of gas content in coal seam is directly related to the safe production of the mine.However,in most of the methods of direct measurement of gas content are used by the gas desorption law,therefore,further research on gas desorption law is the basic work in directly measuring gas content,it's also the basic work for the prediction of gas hazard and the important wok of gas disaster prevention and control measures,which is based on the prediction.This paper aims to develop a gas desorption characteristics analysis device of Stable performance,high reliability,high precision and small system error.It has important practical significance for the accurate determination of coal seam gas content,coal mine safety production and gas disaster prevention.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the theoretical study of gas desorption law,by analyzing the existing measuring instruments,the design principles and functional requirements of the analytical device are clarified,according to the design principle and function requirements,completed the overall structure of the system.(2)By single-chip and high integration of the chip's electronic technology,reasonable designed the whole hardware circuit(including power supply circuit,clocking circuit,communication circuit,and so on).By comparison with a lot of device performance parameters,made the choice of the various types of sensors,the clock chip and liquid crystal display of the device.At the same time,the software source program is compiled by KEIL vision2,and the STC-ISP software is used to download the source code.(3)completing the development and production of analytical devices,which is based on the hardware and software design,and carries out experiments on it.The experimental results show that gas desorption characteristics analysis device can realize the functions of real-time data acquisition,processing,display and communication,and has the characteristics of high reliability,fast response speed,high measurement precision and simple operation.
