Ring products are widely used in the fields of industrial and civil construction,petrochemical pipe connection,municipal,metallurgy and highways.In the process of traditional production,manufacturing ring products can mainly through the rolling,steel plate cutting,casting forming process and other methods.,which then are cut into industrial products by cold cutting means.The above methods have the disadvantages of high cost,large metal consumption and low material utilization.In order to solve this problem,this research office designed a special ring forming machine.the machine can form a certain cross-section of the embryo material into a spiral roll,then cut into a single ring,which was turned into a ring blank.On the basis of this subject,the author designs the multi-positioning ring straightening machine,which is used to make the spiral single ring to be flat,so that it can be welded into the ring product.The theory and technology of the straightening process are studied.In this paper,the leveling process of this kind of welding ring can be carried out from three aspects: simple theoretical analysis,finite element numerical simulation and optimization,and process test detection.First of all,The leveling process of ring-shaped parts are analyzed simply,An equivalent model of a single ring of plastic deformation in the course of flattening is established,The elastic plastic deformation and the springback after unloading are analyzed in the process of leveling single ring-shaped,and the geometric constraint equation and the springback equation are established.Through the numerical simulation of the various leveling scheme,different schemes of port leveling are analyzed.Based on the comparison of the pressure,residual deformation displacement and deformation position distribution,the characteristics of different schemes are summarized.Finally,the best leveling scheme is obtained.Based on the optimization of the relative position between the pressure point a and the width W in the process of port flattening and the pressure drop point in the process of whole flattening,better leveling effect was obtained.Third,Based on the special equipment for the design of the ring parts,the experiment of the single ring spiral leveling is carried out,the experimental results and numerical simulation results are compared to verify the possibility and reliability of annular finite element analysis model and Simulation of the leveling accuracy and ring-shaped parts leveling device.Through the leveling process test,the more smooth ring blank is obtained,It plays an important supporting role in the actual production of the ring,which also has some guiding significance.
