1450mm continuous annealing production line in cold rolling mill is mainly aimed at the low end customers in the early design stage,the customer has a lower quality requirement of the steel strip,so in order to save the cost,some equipment is omitted.In order to increase the added value of the product and the development of the market,the 1450 mm of the cold rolling mill will need to increase the key equipment,reduce the product defects and improve the quality of products.In the cold rolling mill 1450 mm continuous annealing production line of product defects,the main defects for strip edge position for cleaning rust,produce exports contrast defects,so the need to increase the export of cleaning section of surface drying device and blowing edge device to solve strip defects.This paper mainly uses the heat transfer on the thermal analysis of drying device,the use efficiency of transfer units is calculated by the method of the heat exchanger area,according to the actual use of the environment and the strip drying process technical requirements to determine the internal structure of the heat exchanger.Based on the control theory,the mathematical model of drying equipment is established,the transfer function is determined,and the SIMULINK simulation is used.Good PID control parameters are obtained by simulation,which can satisfy the process requirement of temperature control.The use of Slid Works on the device of edge-blowing nozzles with different structure modeling,and using Flo Xpress software for simulation of nozzle internal flow field,comparison of three different nozzle structure,the characteristics of flow field inside the nozzle,and set up the experimental platform for blowing test,get a good sweeping effect.Finally through the test and data acquisition and analysis,can be drawn to increase the drying system,and even the production of product corrosion defects significantly reduced,to achieve the expected process requirements,improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market.
