Design And Implementation Of Dairy Product Quality And Safety Traceability System

2008 after the melamine incident,people began to pay more and more attention to food safety issues,especially dairy food safety issues.In this paper,the dairy industry as an example,the design of application system trace the quality and safety of dairy products,the construction of the system can make dairy production and processing enterprises and end users,regulators are able to very simple queries in dairy production and processing of the transfer process,not only helps to supervise the production of dairy products,processing enterprises to improve the quality of dairy products,but also conducive to restore public confidence in the domestic dairy products.In the course of the study,first of all,through the analysis of the quality of domestic dairy safety traceability system construction application status,determine the dairy products quality and safety traceability system construction goal,and from farmers,processing enterprises,distributors and end users to analyze four types of user specific functions required for the system,and users of the system the non functional requirements;secondly,according to the needs of the system,using B/S structure of system construction,to meet the requirement of sharing system,and through the analysis of the system process,combining the system use case analysis,construction of database table structure of the system function structure and system analysis and design,so as to the quality of dairy products the development and application of functional safety traceability system to lay a good foundation;finally,using J2 EE technology and RFID technology of dairy products quality and safety traceability system The raw milk quality management subsystem,dairy processing management subsystem,dairy product sales management subsystem and dairy product query particle scraping system were studied.And focus on the dairy processing query information management subsystem of query,information query,raw milk sales information query on specific function and quality feedback management system implementation process and implementation of the interface.The dairy products quality and safety traceability system,for system requirements analysis and system structure,function and process of database design using UML technology,the specific functions of the system using J2 EE technology,using RFID technology to improve the efficiency of information collection.The construction of dairy products quality and safety traceability system,realization of traceability and query of dairy products quality and safety information,can improve public confidence in the safety of dairy products,is conducive to the further development of the domestic dairy industry.
