In coal mine production mine fan is mainly responsible for the underground transportation of fresh air,which is in change of taking dust,gas and other harmful gases from the downhole to reduce the probability of coal mine accidents,and ensure the safety of coal mine production.Because of the complex and uninterrupted operation of the mine fan structure,the traditional periodic maintenance is difficult to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the fan,at the same time,the maintenance is not in the fan before the accident to take measures.The real-time monitoring technology and the mechanical fault diagnosis technology is to judge the state of mine fan on the real-time,which may realize the wind turbine's predictive maintenance,greatly reduces the mine appearing the danger probability.Wind turbine remote monitoring system of mine has built an embedded ARM+Linux platform,including SDRAM,NAND Flash,touch screen,network card,AD acquisition chip and other hardware devices.Besides Linux is embedded with operating system,to enable the application to invoke the embedded system resources and complete running on the embedded platform.The fan vibration signal acquisition and transmission program running on the embedded platform has realized the fan vibration signal acquisition,waveform display,storage,time domain index analysis,network transmission and other functions,which ensures the reliability and convenience of the remote transmission of field data.The OneNET networking platform as the platform of data transmission and storage,the API interface and the data format of the OneNET platform,respectively uses embedded applications and computer terminal data acquisition software to upload and access to data.Programing computer data acquisition software,the use of Qt program library achieves time domain waveform display,FFT analysis and other data processing.Finally,wavelet decomposition is used to analyze the vibration signals of the fan,extract the features of the wavelet reconstructed signal,which determines the operating state of the fan.
