At present,the sanding problem in oil and gas wells has become one of the main trouble to development of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs in China Oilfield.Sand issue has been a problem of oilfield development,is a serious impediment to the development of oil and gas fields,sand has become one of the key to field development.High-rate water packing can effectively reduce the difficulty of construction,to achieve better productivity,and will not pressure to open the bottom of the water,suitable for offshore oilfied and the reservoir that is near the bottom water or gas cap.It just mainly in terms of live technology,lack of scientific knowledge of theoretical guidance for HRWP.This paper mainly studies the basic principles and characteristics of HRWP.Based on the research of the present situation,research and analysis of adapted conditions and Well-selection principle of HRWP,forming the well selected specific conditions.Based on the knowledge of rock mechanics,giving rock failure mode discrimination diagrams under different geological conditions;Analysising the near-wellbore packing forms of HRWP wells,put forward two packing model: microfractures-packing and plastic extrusion packing;Establishing the identification method of packing form for HRWP;For plastic extrusion packing,Based on Mohr-Coulomb yield condition,establishing plastic extrusion damage radius model and analysising the factor: With the increase of internal friction angle,bulk modulus,squeeze-pcaking radius increases;With increasing stress evenly squeezepcaking radius decreases;Modulus of elasticity has little effect on squeeze-pcaking radius.Designing and improveing the existing micro-displacement experimental device,Conducted a gravel size and reasonable gavel block thickness optimization experiments,mechanical screens aperture and sand block accuracy laboratory optimization experiments and gravel permeability variation under downhole conditions experimental study.Experiments show,the GSR is appropriate;Effective gravel packing radius is not less than 30 cm for general production wells;Effective gravel packing radius is not less than 30 cm for high production wells;Gravel permeability decreased significantly under compaction.It provides the basis for the gravel size design,gavel block thickness optimization and screens precision when use HRWP.Constructing sand control parameter optimization and developing HRWP simulation design software,and do analog design of HRWP parameters optimization for CB22H-10 well,to provide a reference site.
