The rod pump, electrical submersible pump and progressive cavity pump have become more and more important in the oil field, how to ensure efficiency, safety and stable production is a very important issue relates to the exploitation of oil field effects and effectiveness. Working condition analysis is an important means to ensure the oil well in the state of efficient production.At present, the working condition still exist problems in the systematic, standardized and scientific aspects. In response to these problems, this paper improved the content and system of working condition. This paper established the working condition analysis and evaluation index system of the rod pump oil recovery, electrical submersible pump and progressive cavity pump,and analyzed the factors of each working condition indicators.It provide the basis for the analysis of oil well working condition. Based on enough investigation of theories and methods of development Index and analysis method of home and abroad various oil recovery methods, Development Indicator System of Oil and gas fields are build up.This system has completed and systematic the dynamics analysis method of oil and gas field.It can help staff choose the right high-efficiency analysis. Analysis of the system can not only improve the efficiency of the dynamic development of oil and gas fields, but also to obtain more realistic prediction. Based on enough investigation of theories and methods of macroscopic dynamic control charts and system efficiency control charts of home and abroad various oil recovery methods, macroscopic dynamic control chart of pumping well, system efficiency control chart of pumping well , macroscopic dynamic control chart of progressive cavity pump, system efficiency control chart of progressive cavity pump, macroscopic dynamic control chart of electrical submersible pump, system efficiency control chart of electrical submersible pump are selected and build up, macroscopic dynamic control chart model of pumping well reflecting relation between pump efficiency and submergence pressure, and system efficiency control charts of pumping well reflecting relation between system efficiency and submergence pressure,and macroscopic dynamic control chart model of progressive cavity pump reflecting relation between pump efficiency and submergence pressure,and system efficiency control charts of progressive cavity pump reflecting relation between system efficiency and submergence pressure,and macroscopic dynamic control chart model of electrical submersible pump reflecting relation between pump efficiency and submergence pressure,and system efficiency control charts of electrical submersible pump reflecting relation betweenystem efficiency and submergence pressure are build up. Software for working condition management of artificial lifting wells are programmed using VB, and used the data of ying-11 region and yong-8 region to calculate and analyze.The results obtained can be better managed to meet the mechanical needs of the production wells. According to practical situation of sheng-li oilfield, the present paper mainly provides a set of theories and methods used to managed rtificial lifting wells'production management, meanwhile, the dissertation also provides a measure for oilfield's production by programming software which will improve oil wells'production efficiency and benefit as well as advance oil wells'management.
