Ethylene production is a typical example of petrochemical industry and consumes lots of energy.Because of its long process,involving many material and craft,energy conservation and emissions reduction become very difficult and important.As the basis of energy management,energy efficiency's effective supervising and evaluating is very important.At present,many enterprises still adopt the method of artificial statistics on energy consumption,accuracy and timeliness are difficult to be guaranteed.It is also unable to offer supports for production scheduling.Therefore,it has important practical significance to design and implement supervising and evaluating system for ethylene production enterprise improving energy efficiency,realizing the energy conservation and emissions reduction and building the big data energy management platform based on energy analysis.In this paper,through analysis of material flow and energy flow in the process of ethylene production,we designed a system-level,process-level,divice-level,three-level ethylene energy efficiency evaluating indicator method for ethylene production,as the core theory of real-time analysis of ethylene production level of energy efficiency.On this basis,combining the process feature of the enterprises and the demand of energy evaluating,we provided a complete set of design solution of the function,structure and module of the energy efficiency of ethylene production supervising and evaluating system using B/S software architecture.Using SSH,Quartz and other Java Web technology,we developed the system,and solved the problems encountered in the course of system development.After the system's development,we tested it in the laboratory,and put it into operation in the industrial field.It gained the great effect,and has improved of energy efficiency for the enterprise.The energy efficiency supervising and evaluating system for ethylene production designed in this paper,with B/S software architecture and MVC develop pattern,provides enterprises a set of solutions about energy efficiency supervising,energy conservation and emission reduction,and energy management.It also helps the enterprise to upgrade intelligent manufacturing.
