| The energy efficiency of high energy consuming industries plays an important role in the social sustainability,economic efficiency and environmental protection.According to our country’s resource constraints prominent,serious problems of energy utilization efficiency is low,the national "13th Five-Year" plan to "improve energy efficiency" as the core content of five year plan.In recent years,our country to improve the quality of development of manufacturing industry,manufacturing industry to realize the wisdom of transformation,put forward "Internet plus" and "2025" Chinese manufacturing development strategy,promote the integration of Internet and traditional industries depth,creating new ecological development,promoting China’s industrial power into the ranks.It is of great significance to develop intelligent energy management system based on Internet technology.Ethylene industry as high energy consuming industries,the production equipment is the largest energy consumption and the main equipment of ethylene industry,so the accurate monitoring and evaluation of energy utilization efficiency of ethylene plant,to accelerate the technological progress in energy conservation,improve energy utilization efficiency of enterprises of great significance.At present,there is a single energy efficiency evaluation index for ethylene production unit,which can not fully analyze the energy efficiency level of energy efficiency unit.In this paper,the use of communication technology will be integrated into the evaluation index system of energy efficiency monitoring system,realize the digital management of traditional ethylene industry enterprises,give full play to the advantages of the Internet in the allocation of resources,driving the production management level of industrial enterprises to enhance.Based on the background of "national petrochemical enterprises for industrial energy efficiency monitoring and evaluation and optimization control technology and system of" 863 projects,according to the technical characteristics of ethylene production device and pyrolysis device,cooling device,compression process device,separation device,on the basis of material consumption,inventory data on energy consumption characteristics,determine the energy medium analysis of the object;energy medium based on the relationship between energy flow and material flow and impact on the energy consumption level,establishing a multi-level and multi angle on the process of energy efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation model of energy efficiency;from the perspective of production requirements,functional requirements and business logic analysis module,to complete the business process design and evaluation module the hardware architecture design;business process design based on the comprehensive analysis of Struts2,Spring and Hibernate framework,determine In the SSH framework as the software framework for Java Web development;according to the function module,the HTML+CSS+JavaScript front-end technology,according to the system management,energy efficiency evaluation,the auxiliary function of the order of the front-end development and page optimization,and using the EChars chart,the dynamic monitoring of the indicators of energy efficiency assessment,complete real-time monitoring and evaluation module the construction and production process of energy level.This study is based on a petrochemical ethylene plant as the experimental object.The daily energy inventory data of the production plant is selected to calculate the energy consumption of the system and the energy consumption of the unit product,and the energy efficiency benchmarking is carried out.The energy efficiency evaluation module is integrated with the energy efficiency monitoring system of ethylene production,and the results are satisfied after the field deployment. |
