With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology,new information technologies such as the Internet of things,big data and cloud computing have brought profound changes in productivity,production technology,business model and other aspects in the process of deep integration with industrial systems,making the entire industrial system begin to become smart.In recent years,energy conservation and sustainable development are paid close attention in China.The ethylene industry is a typical high energy production industry in the petrochemical industry.the energy efficiency level of its production process represents the advanced level of petrochemical industry in a country.With the continuous progress of industrialization,the coarse energy consumption management and low energy conversion level are very common in Chinese ethylene industry.Therefore,the energy efficiency analysis for the ethylene industry production is significantly important.At present,Chinese petrochemical industry is gradually moving from basic production automation to data informatization.However,petrochemical enterprises have the problem of data island,where the internal storage system of relevant data is isolated from each other and the data integration and sharing are weak,which is difficult to realize the full integration and utilty of data.In view of the complicated technology and long process,the ethylene production process could produce complex data types with low value density.In the actual long-term production operation,the amount of data could become bigger and bigger.Therefore,how to collect the operable and administrable ideas from the production data and help enterprises make smarter business decisions that improve the production efficiency and competitiveness in the complex environment have become an important research topic of industrial development.In view of the above problems faced by the petrochemical industry,this paper designs and implements an energy efficiency analysis system for ethylene production based on the big data platform.The main contents include:(1)Combined with big data storage technology,the storage and management of multi-source heterogeneous industrial big data are realized based on HDFS with high fault tolerance and low cost deployment features.Then combined with big data processing technology.the data mining and analysis for energy efficiency of ethylene production are realized on account of the Spark engine based on memory computing and its core components.Finally,data analysis,state control and user management of platform visualization are realized based on Ambari's deployment of big data cluster platform,which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to control and maintain;(2)Energy efficiency evaluation of the ethylene production process is achieved based on a big data platform.Firstly,the industrial production process characteristics and working state of an ethylene plant are analyzed and working condition matching models are established based on the clustering algorithm.Then the key influencing factors of input and output energy efficiency of the production system are screened by the correlation coefficient method.Finally,DEA-based energy efficiency evaluation models for multi-condition are established.According to the above proposed scheme,the effectiveness of system-level energy efficiency evaluation is improved;(3)The detection and diagnosis of system-level energy efficiency anomalies in ethylene industrial processes are realized based on the established big data platform.Firstly,the dataset is balanced by BSMOTE algorithm.Then the anomaly recognition model of energy efficiency is established based on the Random Forest classification algorithm.Finally,the box-line diagram method is used to diagnose the corresponding influencing factors of energy efficiency abnormal data.The established energy efficiency diagnosis scheme not only meets the process conditions of the field operation conditions,but also ensured the speed and accuracy of identification;(4)A visual interface for energy efficiency analysis is developed based on the JavaWeb technology,which achieve visual analysis of energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency abnormal diagnosis.Simultaneously,a favorable basis to guide and control the production process can be provided for enterprises.
