Chain magazine and manipulator is an important function of high-grade machining center,the performance of the advantages and disadvantages directly affect the overall performance level of the processing center.Based on the research and development of the performance test platform of the automatic tool changer(2015-GX-205)of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Qinghai Province,the research on the performance detection technology of chain magazine and manipulator is carried out.The purpose of the research is to shorten the research and development cycle of chain magazine,improve the level of performance testing,and then enhance its independent research and development capabilities.For the problem of BT50-32 T chain magazine and manipulator that cutting tool fell off,cutting tool stuck,vibration is too large,the motor temperature rise and other failures,the fault type to sum up the analysis to determine the performance of the test items and the corresponding detection methods and testing specifications,And design chain magazine and manipulator performance testing system.The system includes mechanical structure,control system and detection system,which can intelligently detect,analyze and record the positioning accuracy,vibration,noise,motor temperature,cylinder pressure value and tool change time of chain magazine and manipulator.Through field experiments,collected the data of the test items,the use of scientific methods to remove the useless data,access to effective test data.Through the processing of the data,the distribution rules of the positioning accuracy,the vibration characteristics,the noise distribution,the variation of the motor temperature,the change of the gas / cylinder pressure value and the tool change time of the chain magazine and the robot are obtained.Performance status.And then use the reasonable mathematical analysismethod to analyze the data,and finally according to the analysis of the results to evaluate the measured chain knife and the performance of the robot level.The comprehensive performance testing system and the detection method designed in this paper provide theoretical basis for the performance detection of chain magazine and manipulator in R & D and use,and have important engineering practice significance.
