As far as the current situation,coal in the future for a long period of time will continue to be the country's largest energy.However,the coal mine system is so complex that dangers hides everywhere,safety accidents occur frequently,and consequences are very serious.In particular the gas explosion accident has always been the highest in all coal mine accidents.Due to the factors causing the gas explosion accident is massive,and various logical links between different factors,the gas explosion accident is very easy to happen with difficulty to completely prevent.At the same time,the evaluation of coal mine safety production is relatively lagging compared with other areas.There are many disadvantages of traditional mature safety evaluation method appiying to coal mine system large and complex.Therefore,it is necessary to study a new safety evaluation method for coal mine system,especially for gas explosion accident.Xinfa Coal Mine is used as an example in this thesis.Fuzzy matter-element method and fault tree was used together to established a "consequences-reason" safety evaluation system from the perspective of the causes and consequences of safety assessment of gas explosion accident.The risk level and specific reasons of Xinfa Coal mine gas explosion accident was figured out.Finally,combining with the safety evaluation results,the corresponding accident prevention measures are put forward,which has great significance to improve coal mine safety production level and reduce the accident rate.The innovation of this paper is combining the matter element method with the accident tree to evaluate the coal mine safety for the first time,especially the application of matter element method provides a new way to determine the risk level of the gas explosion accident.The establishment of safety evaluation system systematically evaluates the gas explosion accident in Xinfa Coal Mine,provides solution for the accident prevention provides,improves the safety efficiency of coal,reduces the possibility of gas explosion accidents,greatly enhances the competitiveness of Xinfa Coal Minein in the same industry.
