Ground test technology is a set of professional pressure equipment covering the wellhead,separator,anti-nozzle and other aspects to achieve safe control of gas well operation,real-time measurement of reservoir data complete sealing process,through the ground process to achieve formation fluid Throttling,separation,and measurement to obtain formation and fluid physical parameters provide data support for later oil and gas field development,and are an important means for oil reservoir evaluation.At present,in most domestic ground test construction processes,due to the limitation of operational informatization conditions,there is no effective means to grasp the dynamic analysis and prediction of gas wells in real time.The construction personnel only rely on experience to estimate the daily calculation of dynamic data in the form of operation reports.Uploading data,commanding experts based on the operating report data for gas well productivity analysis and prediction,using this artificial experience method on the one hand cannot carry out real-time dynamic monitoring of production operations,on the other hand,improve the error of gas well production prediction.In view of the above problems in engineering work,this paper studies and designs the corresponding system,aiming at acquisition of real-time data,real-time data remote transmission,remote dynamic monitoring and remote dynamic analysis,to improve work efficiency and accuracy.Reduce labor costs and improve construction safety and success rate.On this basis,the results obtained in this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the research the research on the ground test process and the dynamic analysis theory of gas well productivity,the overall technical scheme of the natural gas ground test remote monitoring and analysis system is proposed,and the corresponding system is designed and developed according to the overall technical scheme of the system..Secondly,Based on the research on gas well productivity analysis model,construction process flow and gas well dynamic prediction model,the mathematical model suitable for natural gas horizontal well productivity analysis is summarized,and the horizontal well productivity analysis model is matched to establish a gas wellbore multiphase flow calculation model for natural gas.Real-time data collection of wells,and the use of real-time data for remote dynamic monitoring and remote dynamic analysis provides theoretical basis.Thirdly,Relying on the hardware supporting facilities such as operation equipment,instrumentation and wireless communication equipment on the construction site of the working well,design and develop the real-time acquisition and transmission subsystem of the ground test data of natural gas wells,real-time data collection,real-time data analysis and real-time data remote Transmission,providing data support for remote dynamic monitoring and remote dynamic analysis of gas well ground testing.Fourthly,aiming at the large amount of multi-source data generated during the construction process,the server subsystem is designed and developed to realize the centralized management and distribution of data.According to the overall architecture design of the ground test remote monitoring and analysis system and the C#language,the functional modules of the whole ground test remote monitoring and analysis system are constructed.By using SQL 2008 database platform,the server subsystem and remote database are designed and developed to complete the management and application of all kinds of data.It integrates a set of remote monitoring and analysis subsystem of surface test,gas well productivity analysis and data management.This paper completes the environment of the simulation system application after the design and development of each subsystem and function module of the whole system,performs functional tests on each module and the whole system,and performs on-site application in three gas well operation platforms in Weiyuan County,Sichuan province.The test results of the system application show that the system is in stable state and the monitoring results meet the requirements of on-site construction in a consistent manner with foreign systems.It can realize remote monitoring and dynamic analysis of ground test operations,improve the efficiency of construction workers,and ensure the safety of operations.Currently,the system is being promoted in Uzbekistan.
