Study On Coordinated Control Of Water Pollution In Jinjiang Area

Clean water resources are the basis of human production and life.With the development of economicand society in China,the living standard of the people of China is greatly improved,to further industry and agriculture,but water resources carrying capacity is limited,the pressure,the water pollution situation is more serious in our country.In our country,the governance of water pollution in successful urban watershed mainly adopts the governance mode which is jointly participated by local government,enterprise,public and social organization.Although Jinjiang has been carried out on the regulation of water pollution in key waters,but also get some achievements,from the overall situation and regional industry from the perspective of water pollution and the initial comparison is much better,the quality problem of water is strictly.However,compared with its expected goal,there are still obvious deficiencies.The water pollution control in Jinjiang is still facing a grim situation.The water pollution control in Jinjiang is still facing a severe situation.In order to further improve the water quality in the entire Jinjiang area,we must improve the relevant governance mechanism to promote the rational use of resources and promote the long-term development of the economy.In the research process of this thesis,after summarizing and analyzing the present situation and achievements of the domestic and foreign research and application of collaborative governance theory has carried on the preliminary study of water pollution control in Jinjiang City,through literature review and field investigation,the present situation of Jinjiang municipal watershed and problems were analyzed,the main role of government enterprises lack the awareness of environmental protection public participation the reason is not high.This paper discusses the reasons for the problems of water pollution control in Jinjiang River Basin,which is that the water pollution controlling functions of government departments are not clear,the public participation mechanism is not perfect,the laws and regulations of water pollution control are not perfect.Based on the experience of domestic water pollution,according to actual situation of water pollution in Jinjiang River Basin,put forward a series of effective and practical comprehensive measures,such as the construction of government led many players to participate in the governance mechanism,enterprises to increase investment in environmental protection,methods to improve the public and social organizations to participate in water pollution control the mechanism to solve the problem of water pollution in Jinjiang river basin governance problems.
