China is one of countries with big coal production.Mining workers have suffered serious occupational hazards, causing new cases increase of occupational diseases year by year.Occupational hazards in coal mines are of utmost importance as occupational hazards because of their high incidence and harmful nature.Analysis and research on the occupational hazards in coal mine underground workplaces can guide coal mines to prevent occupational hazards. This paper selects a coal mine's underground occupational hazards as the object of analysis and research, and is divided into three parts:occupational hazards analysis, occupational hazards detection and occupational hazard assessment. The main occupational hazards analyzed were analyzed by down hole sampling and analysis, occupational hazard protection facilities for coal mines, and personal protective equipment used by individuals were investigated.A large number of domestic and foreign occupational hazards were studied and analyzed. The test results were evaluated for noise, toxic and noxious gases and dust using three different methods:operating condition risk assessment method, risk assessment method, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Combining with the evaluation results, put forward control technologies and management measures that meet the occupational hazards of the coal mine working sites to guide the coal mines to prevent and control occupational hazards.Several major production processes under the mine, such as rock drilling, ventilation, blasting, loading and transport, produce high-intensity noise. The noise and danger generated by the rock drilling process are particularly evident in several processes. The major source of downhole noise is rock drilling operations.Rock drilling machines are the most commonly used and most noisy mobile equipment for underground mining.Noise hazards are potentially hazardous occupational hazards. The dispersivity of dust samples produced by different production methods in the downhole was examined. It was found that there were a large number of dust particles with a particle size of less than 5 ?m and a relatively large proportion of respiratory dust.Among them, the dispersion of coal dust generated by the coal mining machine, scraper conveyor, and other production processes is high. The results of five kinds of toxic and noxious gases such as nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide showed that the short-term exposure concentrations or the maximum allowable concentrations of the five toxic and hazardous gases all met the occupational exposure limit regulations for noise in China. The toxic and hazardous gases and dust hazard risks were analyzed. The results showed that the noise hazards were classified as "significantly hazardous";hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, and carbon monoxide in toxic and noxious gases were high-risk occupational hazards, and sulfur dioxide It is a medium-risk occupational hazard;dust is a serious hazard. This paper starts with the safety production of coal mines, combines the results of three occupational hazard assessments, and proposes targeted coal mine rectification measures.
