With the rapid development of economic society,building s earlier expressway service area because of the aging equipment,sewage treatment equipment has been unable to meet the requirements of the current environmental protection.In order to meet the construction of"resource saving and environment-friendly society" requirements,change the way of further promote the development of transportation industry,strengthen the environment friendly,ecological type,low carbon service area construction,solve the problem of expressway service area sewage,this paper takes expressway service area of clean energy and water recycling as the research object,to smoothly advance transportation construction project smooth implementation of the environmental protection policy,protect the vital environmental rights and interests of the masses of the people,improve the image of the industry,improve people's livelihood and so on all has the vital significance.First,in this paper,the domestic and international highway clean energy and water recycling method has carried on the system summary,this even Taking Xibao Section along Lian-Huo service area,for example,summarizes the service area of the geographical location,natural conditions and ecological environment,traffic and environmental protection present situation,points out the service area in wastewater treatment,solar energy and solid wastes of the sewage treatment effect is not ideal,high operation cost,such as lack of solar energy utilization,waste pollution problem,this paper discusses the necessity of service area of clean energy and recycling of water resources transformation.Secondly,this article focuses on the service area sewage treatment process.In detail FTBR reactor process principle and the basis of the principle of ecological soil infiltration bed process,the service area "FTBR+ ecological s.oil infiltration bed" sewage treatment process,identified the sewage water yield calculation method,the standard of the water quality index and the main equipment and parameters.Compared with the traditional sewage treatment system,this process has strong adaptability to changes in load,good water quality,infrastructure and low operating cost,and the advantages of the combined sewage treatment with landscape greening.Finally,the work considered the area characteristics,studied the service area of water treatment renovation project construction scale,determined the treatment and recycling of sewage ecological type reconstruction project implementation plan,analyzed the project operation and management mode,project operation debugging and late effects.Through case analysis,project planning and construction,construction plan design,environmental protection project design,integrated network transformation and the late operation management aspects of a series of reasonable Suggestions were put forward.This article research results to promote the environmental protection industry level,speed up transformation of way of transportation industry development,build a green transportation system,has the good social demonstration effect.
