People's living standard has achieved qualitative leap with the improvement of income level,and people is having increasing demand toward high quality of life;as a result,poultry farming industry in our country is developing significantly,and its proportion has also been greatly improved in China's economic structure.But it is undeniable that China's poultry farming industry is still relatively backward compared with Western countries.Meanwhile,food problems emerged in recent years also made people want to know more about the food production process.Therefore,in order to ensure food quality and safety,and make sure that people have more in-depth understanding,the only way is to establish a traceability system to record the details of all aspects of food processing production.In this way,it is of great importance to set up a traceability system for poultry quality.In this paper,the traceability information of poultry products from poultry farming to sales is analyzed,and combined with the widely used Internet of Things technology,this paper studies and develops a poultry quality traceability system based on Internet of Things by using RFID technology as a carrier for retrospective information records.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure study of poultry quality traceability system based on Internet of Things sets up a system architecture that based on Internet of Things: it is divided into the sensing layer,the acquisition and communication layer,the business management layer and the public service layer.The sensing layer is mainly based on sensor and RFID chip technology;the network transmission layer is mainly responsible for data transmission;the business management layer includes the modules of data analysis and management,data exchange management and statistical analysis and management of basic information management.Through the data integration and analysis of each module,the traceability system information database can be formed to provide data base for the construction of public service platform;public service platform is an open platform that provides consumers with all kinds of information support;consumers can trace the code information of the entire life cycle of purchased poultry products through source codes,thus achieving the traceability of poultry products.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of poultry breeding place,form and growth law,a set of intelligent real-time environmental monitoring system regarding poultry farming environment based on Internet of Things is established,in order to realize the monitoring on the temperature and humidity,and the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia;besides,zigbee wireless network is established to achieve wireless data transmission,and analysis of monitoring data in monitoring center,the data shall be displayed in real-time by the LCD screen.At the same time,a coverage optimization algorithm based on binary particle swarm is studied targeted at the problem of sensor layout in wireless sensor networks.The algorithm is simulated and can provide algorithm basis for monitoring the distribution problem of regional sensors.(3)To study the standards of domestic and foreign food traceability systems,analyze the characteristics of poultry breeding and circulation process,and establish a product safety traceability system suitable for poultry industry.The information collection,storage and integration from farming to sales are achieved by surrounding the whole life cycle of poultry products.In addition,through the analysis of the information recorded in each link,this paper puts forward the electronic tag coding method of poultry products based on the Internet of Things technology,and designs three labels that suitable for the farming,slaughtering,packaging,transportation and of poultry products based on RFID technology.A traceability information database is set up through MySQL7.4 server;in this way,the tracking inquiries of the entire process of poultry products,from farming,slaughtering,packaging and transportation to sales can be realized through the establishment of "quality traceability system of poultry product".(4)User-oriented intelligent information platform is set up through HTML,CSS,jQuery and jQuery UI and other front-end web technologies,which can provide the information query of poultry products from farming to sales,so that consumers can track the sources of poultry meat.The farming environment monitoring system designed in this paper has passed the field test,and the system can realize the monitoring of the farming environment timely and effectively.At the same time,the traceability platform can accurately send information back to consumers,thus achieving the expected research purpose.
