With the high-speed development of economic society and the acceleration of industrialization,energy consumption and environmental pollution problems become a more widespread concern in the community.However,China's aluminum alloy casting industry is still in the extensive growth mode of high consumption,high pollution and low output.No digital information of the energy management system results in low levels of resource utilization,and it severely limits the development of the industry.What is of great significance for both comprehensive promoting energy conservation and improving energy efficiency,is breaking the online monitoring of energy efficiency in aluminum alloy casting production process as well as building intelligent factories.The subject comes from the national 863 project "digital intelligent aluminum alloy casting production lines and monitoring system for energy efficiency".Based on a Tianjin aluminum company,the research on energy efficiency online monitoring and analysis of energy consumption statistics in aluminum alloy casting production process is expanded.Firstly,the technology and equipment of aluminum alloy casting production are analyzed.Based on a depth study of regenerative combustion technology and the entire production process,the major factors of energy consumption in the production process of aluminum alloy casting are acquired.Relay on networking technology,a overall design of the system is made,which is divided for acquisition layer,control layer and management layer.Besides a network system is built.Secondly,combined with practical situations,furnaces group monitoring points,instrument type,power distribution monitoring content,the way of communication of power distribution and the way natural gas gathering are identified.Also a monitoring system,PLC as the core,is built.Simultaneously,through RS485 bus and GPRS network,establish a heterogeneous network interfaces for plant data communication network,which makes real-time acquisition of water,electricity,natural gas and other energy data in acquisition layer a reality.Again,based on the acquisition layer,the monitoring layer of system is designed with the configuration software WinCC,and real-time database,relational databases are set up.It can monitor real-time data and graphics of the production site,automatically generate dailyand monthly reports in EXCEL and query data.The function of trend curves,alarm messages,and sub-process energy statistics are also included.Finally,establish the energy efficiency evaluation model,the energy flow model and the energy efficiency measures diagnostic model of the aluminum alloy casting production.It determines the energy efficiency index system of the aluminum alloy casting production process,providing a basis for energy saving of enterprises.
