Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and surrounding areas is the most serious air pollution in china.Beijing,Tianjin and regional air pollution control has been imperative.Industrial structure,energy consumption is mainly based on coal is the main reason for the air pollution in Beijing,Tianjin region.Therefore,closely around the optimization of industrial structure and energy structure adjustment is the fundamental way to control air pollution,the effective reduction of key industries air pollutant emissions will make it easier to improve the air environment qualit y.Through analysis of domestic and international research on energy consumption and air pollution,based on the relevant data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region in 2005 to 2013,the paper constructs a model to simulate energy consumption and air polluta nt emissions.Finally,through comparative analysis and evaluation of the results,the optimization of industrial structure,industrial structure,industrial structure,reduce the proportion of coal consumption,increase the use of clean energy,improve energy quality,not only to achieve the planning objectives,but also to achieve the effective emission reduction of air pollutants.And accordingly put forward for advice,to crack the Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional economic development and the air environment to improve the contradiction,atmospheric joint prevention and control of pollution has important practical application value.
