Study On The Safety Assessment Of Chemical Industrial Park

Safety assessment of the Chemical Industrial Park(CIP)is an important mean to ensure its safe operation.According to the characteristics of CIP,the application of the safety assessment in the chemical industry park is studied by the method of PHA,SCL and accident consequence assessment.Mainly discusses the Dow chemical fire explosion index method,the ICI Mond method and accident consequence simulation analysis,focuses on and discusses the calculation method of the dangerous area of fire,explosion,poisoning the extent of the accident for the mathematical model,and the fireball thermal radiation,blast wave,poison leak poisoning and other accidents.Investigation and Analysis on the basis of Shenyang CIP construction and development,geographical location,natural conditions,the surrounding environment and facilities,the existing layout of the enterprise,long-term planning,public auxiliary facilities,from multiple aspects of hazardous materials,major hazard sources,natural disasters,the effects of the accident,project construction and other,of Shenyang CIP,the main danger and harmful factors were identification and analysis.The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of Shenyang CIP was carried out by using the risk analysis,safety check list and accident consequence simulation analysis.And on this basis,the Domino effect risk analysis and the interaction between the existing enterprise layout of the park.According to the evaluation results,combined with the specific circumstances of Shenyang CIP,according to the safetycountermeasures are proposed from two aspects of the layout and planning and construction of the park and the park operation safety management.Through this research,not only in theory clear Chemical Industrial Park safety evaluation model and the basic method,in practice for the safety operation and management of Shenyang Chemical Industry Park provide scientific basis.
