Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures On Urban Living Garbage Treatment In Weifang City

With the sustained development of economy and social civilization,degree of people's attention on environmental health is increasing.Public health has become an important issue to be incorporated into public management.Among the many aspects of the public health environment,city public environmental health issues have become increasingly prominent,especially,urban-living-garbage-management taking more and more attention as the problem has disturbed people's everyday life.Weifang City takes advantage of geographical that located in the Yellow River delta efficient ecological zone and the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.The economic and social development is accelerating.It brings a huge challenge of urban living garbage's treatment.This paper is just researched on this background,starting from the stacking and disposal of the urban living garbage in Weifang City.Based on the Governance Theory,combining theoretical study and physical condition,comparative study and case analysis,this paper conducts a study on the problem.From the present situation of urban living garbage in Weifang city to explore the plan of urban living garbage's treatment of Weifang city.Through multi angle analysis to given the countermeasures to perfect the treatment of urban living garbage in Weifang city.This paper introduce the concepts that the treatment of urban living garbage and some Governance Theoretical.Then research the status of urban living garbage treatment in today's Weifang City and analyzes the problem and its reason of treatment the urban living garbage in the Weifang City.Through the analysis to find the reason that the fuzzy government function and the absence of public participation.Then introduce the fact of Guangzhou City and Chongqing City's treatment about urban living garbage.It brings some enlightenment to Weifang city.Later puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the treatment of urban living garbage in Weifang City,it include clear the functions of the government,optimization of market mechanism,promote public and social organizations to participate in the urban living garbage governance.At the end,to analysis the form part briefly to insure the countermeasures' ration and feasibility.
