The Research And Development Of Automatic Sorting Equipment For Shijiazhuang Special Shaped Cigarette

The main work of cigarette logistics center is to store,select and distribute cigarettes.Shijiazhuang Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center was built in 2010,officially began production in 2012.It takes charge of storage,sorting,distribution of cigarettes sold in Shijiazhuang.The utility model relates to a cigarette with special shape,it means a cigarette which is different from the appearance of a conventional cigarette.The National Tobacco Bureau to adapt to the market demand for special-shaped packaging,and vigorously promote the sale of cigarettes shaped cigarette packaging in 2015.Shijiazhuang shaped cigarette packaging cigarette sales from the daily average of 2 000,quickly increased to the average daily 20 000.At present,the low efficiency,high labor intensity,high error rate and manual sorting work could not been able to finish the routine work.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a set of automatic equipment for the classification of special tobacco.This paper analyzes the existing problems of special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting in Shijiazhuang Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center,through the research and practice process of the development process of special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting equipment,combined with the mechanical equipment scheme design,application practice of electronic control technology and information software support,take a variety of effective measures to complete the research and development of the special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,it has described the the whole operation process of special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting equipment,the function of each mechanical structure,information management software design,electrical control system design.This paper analyzes the characteristics of special-shaped cigarette and the shortcomings of traditional sorting scheme,The special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting scheme was designed based on the Virtual Trays Queue Idea.The whole design of the sorting system was combined with the special-shaped tobacco sorting operation process;Secondly,the requirements of the special-shaped cigarette control link are analyzed,the design principle,system composition and safety protection requirements of the control system are described.This paper introduces the implementation process of the function of control system PLC hardware configuration in the project implementation process,the key control link program,fault detection,status monitoring and control system.This paper analyzes the requirements of the special-shaped tobacco information management software,and expounds how the composition and control system of the information software connect.It describes how to make database building and c # program in the implementation process and develop OPC program,data optimization program and sorting monitoring program.The results show that through the research and development of the special cigarette sorting equipment,the alien tobacco picking efficiency is reached to 3 580,and the accurate and fast Alien cigarette picking is realized.
