With the development of science and technology, ultra high speed, high quality and high automation have become the tendency of cigarette equipment. On the one hand, these equipment improve the labor productivity of cigarette enterprises, and increase the production and quality of cigarettes. On the other hand, with stricter testing standard of cigarette weight control, appearance and quality, the total quantity of defective cigerettes increases largely.Currently, the new defective cigarette processor uses clean and dry air to blow the cut tobacco off the cigarette paper. Compared with traditional processors, there is a large improvement in whole cut rate and purity of recycled tobacco that can be used without extra treatment, which shows a good prospect.To solve the problem that it needs to sort and stack defective cigarettes by manual at pre-processing stage, an automatic equipment for cigerette sorting and stacking is designed and researched. Firstly, whole design scheme is established through morphological analysis of defective cigarettes and study on fuction requirements. Secondly, mechanical structure is divided into several modules which are designed independently and integrated together. Thirdly, optimal distance for cigarette detection is determined through analysis of the experimental data. The design of vacuum system is optimized by the study on vacuum absorbing technique. Finally, control system based on PLC is finished, and then the assembly and commissioning of equipment are completed.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research, related technical problems of cigarette sorting and stacking are solved. The equipment can replace manual sorting and stacking, and has good application prospects. |
