Research On The Key Technology Of Special-shaped Cigarette Sorting System

Cigarettes whose outer packaging dimensions of cigarettes are different from standard cigarettes are called special-shaped cigarettes,including thin cigarettes,cigars and cigarettes packed in cans.Due to different product specifications,different-shaped cigarettes have the characteristics of different outer packaging sizes,diverse packaging materials,and large weight differences,so they are not suitable for sorting using the standard automated cigarette sorting equipment available in the tobacco logistics and distribution center.However,in recent years,due to changes in cigarette consumption habits,the sales of special-shaped cigarettes in various cities have increased sharply,which poses a serious challenge to the sorting operation that occupies most of the costs of tobacco logistics distribution centers.Faced with such market demands and industrial contradictions,the tobacco logistics distribution center urgently needs an automated sorting system for shaped cigarettes to improve the sorting efficiency of shaped cigarettes,so as to reduce logistics costs and improve the quality of cigarette distribution services.Based on the characteristics of special-shaped cigarettes,this paper develops the equipment for special-shaped cigarettes sorting system on the basis of fully researching the requirements and sorting process of special-shaped cigarettes sorting in tobacco logistics and distribution centers.Based on the study of the virtual tray technology that controls automatic sorting,a mathematical model and an estimation model for the sorting efficiency of special-shaped cigarettes are established.Taking the improvement of the sorting efficiency of the special-shaped cigarettes sorting system as an entry point,a virtual tray compression technology is proposed.Control the automatic sorting of special-shaped cigarettes and establish relevant mathematical models;simulate the designed special-shaped cigarettes sorting system based on the virtual tray technology on the plant simulation platform.The results show that the use of compressed virtual trays is beneficial to improve the sorting efficiency of special-shaped cigarettes.Aiming at the problem of the unstable operation of the sorting conveyor line of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system under variable load conditions,the use of auto disturbance rejection vector control technology to control the drive motor of the sorting conveyor line was established,and the vector control model of the asynchronous motor was established.And designed an auto disturbance rejection vector controller for asynchronous motor;the simulation results in MATLAB show that the use of an auto disturbance rejection vector controller is beneficial to improve the stability of the special-shaped cigarette sorting conveyor line.When designing the electrical control system of the special-shaped cigarette sorting equipment,focusing on the overall situation of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system,the electrical control principles and design methods of the special-shaped cigarette sorting system were analyzed,and the key link control procedures were given.
