Research On The Influencing Factors Model Of Team Situational Awareness Interaction For Coalmining Operator

Coal has been one of the main energy sources used in the human world since the eighteenth century.The coal industry is one of the major energy industries in China.For a long time,coal has occupied a leading position in China's primary energy consumption.With the increase in coal production capacity,coal mine production security situation is still grim,heavy accidents still occur.Under the existing research results,it is easy to see that human factors are important reasons for coal accidents.And situational awareness play an important role in a large number of human factors from the perspective of human factors.Therefore,the study of situational awareness make great significance of the safety of coal mines.In the process of coalmine operation,the operating personnel of different functional departments form a operation team.In the coalmine operation team,how to ensure a good team situational awareness become the core of the study.In this study,the coalmine operating personnel are the object of study.By the use of structural equation model theory,we can study the interaction factors of team situational awareness.This study is based on the characteristics of the coalmine operation team.The main factors which influence the interaction of the team members are analyzed from the inside and outside of the team.These influencing factors model are designed by LISREL software.For further through the questionnaire method,we can determine the different factors into a covariance matrix based on the actual situation.Then,we use the covariance matrix to deduce the influence degree of different influencing factors in the influencing factors model of the interaction of the team members' situational awareness.And then we can get the main influencing factors that affect the interaction of the team situational awareness.The results show that performance management,training support and similar emotion are obvious aspects.And the interactive environment,leadership ability and individual ability also have important influence on final performance.In addition,equipment support and interactive content has little impact on the final performance,social similarity,integrity,interpersonal interaction has played a negative role.And provide reference for the practical application of situational awareness theory.
