With the improvement of the living standard and science and technology,industrial wastewater compositions tend to be complex and diverse.Worse still,the sewage treatment process also shows the complexity and risk,consequently in recent years,China's sewage treatment plant accidents appear in newspapers frequently.Thus the safety level of sewage treatment plant of risk analysis and evaluation has very important practical significance.This paper details an evaluation of the Shaying sewage treatment plant's safety situation of Shengli oil field.The first step was to analyses the safety of the sewage treatment plant process and concluded that major pollutants presented in the wastewater treatment plant were malodorous gases,which were generated by the corrupt organics in city sewage.Whose primarily hazardous substances were hydrogen sulfide,methane,ammonia and other gases.According to preliminary hazard analysis of the sewage treatment units,it was concluded that the possible accidents were mainly poisoning,suffocation,mechanical damage,fire explosion.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the safety level of Shaying sewage treatment plant of Shengli oil field,it was obtained that the degree of memberships of its safety status “safe,relatively safe,moderate,comparatively dangerous,dangerous” were “0.2867,0.3820,0.2347,0.0865,0.0159”.Based on the principle of maximum degree of membership,the safety status of it was relatively safe.Then from the point of occupational health,the damage of poisonous and harmful substance on human body was analyzed,and the occupational hazard factors involved were polyacrylamide dust,hydrogen sulfide,acrylamide,potassium dichromate.Finally,a sound risk assessment system has been established based on the analysis of the safety and occupational health of Shaying sewage plant.According to the above risk assessment system and the LEC method,Visual Basic software was used to compile a set of software for risk management on wastewater treatment plant,the software consisted of risk identification,risk analysis,system security operation management and system settings four modules.It could provide convenient digital support for risk management of the on-site sewage treatment plant.
