Preshrinking is one of the important production processes in textile dyeing and finishing industry,its main function is to control the fabric shrinkage rate,and make the fabric hand touch and luster degree of improvement.At present,most companies use rubber blanket mechanical preshrinking to attain the goal of this production.Mechanical preshrinking rubber blanket is an extremely complex production process,many factors influencing preshrinking effect.But most of the textile enterprises of preshrinking production process parameters set has long been relying on the rich experience accumulated in process of production or processing.The productive quality off-line measurements with reference to previous production experience to grope for production.This set of process accuracy is not high,resulting in high energy consumption of the production,once qualified rate of products is low,the same batch product quality is uneven.Therefore,as the customer requirements constantly improve the quality of preshrinking and increasingly fierce competition in the textile industry,only rely on the production experience make preshrinking process can not meet the needs of the development of enterprises.Aiming at this problem,this thesis embarks from the actual preshrinking production process,the rubber elasticity,on the basis of theory of physics,theoretical mechanics,the mechanism modeling method,has carried out on the Preliminary shrinkage and the mathematical relationship between process parameters between process parameters.Models are built,based on the development of the technological parameters of preshrinking design system,realized the accurate quantitative preshrinking craft parameters design.Thesis with double-sided cotton cloth and single jersey as the research object,the main research content is as follows:1.In analyzing deeply the shrinkage rate of the production process and its influencing preshrinking,on the basis of various factors,combined with the rubber elasticity theory of physics and mechanics,the mechanism modeling method,established the overfeeding and preshrinking rate model of the relation,the test results prove the effectiveness of the proposed model.See from the expression of the model can also be shrunk rate and the pressure on the roller radius and therelationship between the thickness of the rubber blanket,so for the manufacture of rubber blanket preshrinking machine design provides guidance.2.The rubber blanket are analyzed theoretically mechanical extrusion of preshrinking mechanism,established the mathematical relationship between the extrusion and preshrinking rate model,the test results show that the model can reflect to some extent extrusion effect on the rate of preshrinking relationship.3.In in the study of factors affecting the performance of rubber elasticity,under the rubber at room temperature is high elastic state,establish the influence of the temperature on the rubber blanket elastic modulus model,and on this basis in combination with the practical situation of preshrinking production process,to establish the influence of temperature on the rate of preshrinking relation model.4.Preshrinking rate are built and the main factors of the relationship between,on the basis of mathematical model,according to the needs of preshrinking production,2008 in Visual Studio.NET platform development of the technological parameters of preshrinking computer aided design system.
