As the power source of the plant instrument and the production,the hollow pressure station of chemical enterprise plays an important role in the enterprise.It provides the necessary foundation for the effective management of the equipment in the air compressor station.General large chemical enterprises to meet the demand for gas supply and to avoid waste.If the supply is too large,it will cause economic losses,the amount of gas is too small,it will affect the normal production.However,there are many drawbacks in the management of enterprise equipment at present,from the project construction to the end of the life of the equipment,there is no standard to deal with the scrap.This paper,from the perspective of life cycle theory,of chemical industry enterprise's air compressor station construction cost and service life of the equipment is studied,using the LCC theory to the cost management,for the chemical enterprise equipment LCC management lay the foundation.This paper from China chemical industry enterprise's air pressure station equipment management existing problem of,puts forward the necessity of LCC management;according to the life cycle management architecture will air compressor station construction project decomposition,from the design stage,implementation stage,operation and maintenance stages to scrap disposal cost calculation are used LCC theory,making the theory throughout the project,finally realizes the equipment in the whole life cycle to LCC costs to a minimum.In order to achieve this goal,each stage requires communication and coordination,construct space pressure station based on the full database is very necessary,to the database as the foundation,for the air compressor station at each stage of the construction and future alterations to provide basic data and avoid the most cumbersome procedures,making between the various stages of the project data can be shared,and the need of the database to update the LCC theory to better use and improve.In the implementation of the project of LCC management process,equipment operation maintenance costs accounted for a large proportion,but this part of the cost of not a determined values,so the EPKS knowledge management system to establish a basic database,according to a chemical enterprises in Shaanxi Province 70 million tons/year coal to olefin project hollow pressure station equipment management,first to air pressure and the main equipment for life matching,and then the LCC cost management theory focuses on air pressure station equipment operation and maintenance cost analysis,according to the life of matching results using LCC value contrast obtained the minimum equipment maintenance program,to achieve the minimum cost LCC.This paper in the air pressure station equipment management in the application of LCC management seeks to achieve air compressor station of equipment life cycle cost optimization,equipment management cost minimum,improve the efficiency of equipment management is to enhance the enterprise's economic benefit and social benefit is an effective way.Through the research of this paper,we can improve the management mechanism of air pressure station equipment in a certain extent,which is of practical significance.
