The global marine oil and gas reserves have great potential and good development prospects.Today,when human is stepping into the ocean era,the marine equipment manufacturing industry is booming.However,offshore engineering operations are not as easy as land operations.Offshore engineering operations are always far from land.The helicopter with its unique convenience,practicality,security and other characteristics,is widely used in various types of ships and marine engineering equipment.Especially in some large ships and marine engineering equipment,such as jack up drilling rigs are set up specifically for helicopters to take off and landing helicopter platform.Helicopters are useful in the process of marine development,so the research of helicopter platform and the supporting structure is essential.This paper summarizes and reviews the strength calculation,check method,research status and collision problem of helicopter platform and its supporting structure.Describes the related theory of nonlinear finite element method simulation of impact problems in the application and translation methods,analyzes several classification rules and norms and regulations related to the helicopter platform design,and compared and summarized.This paper introduces the engineering background and relevant design parameters of the project,and analyzes and combs the complex combined working conditions of the helicopter platform.According to the engineering drawings of the helicopter platform and its supporting structure and part of the life of building the finite element model is established,according to the relevant norms by using the finite element software MSC.Nastran strength calculation on the helicopter platform and its supporting structure and check.Further more,it is pointed out that the stress concentration of the helicopter platform and its supporting structure is easy to occur during service.Impact load is an important load of helicopter platform and its supporting structure.Helicopter emergency landing platform helicopter crash is a complex transient response process,a large number of related research in the literature and the rules of classification society,this paper makes some simplification of the helicopter model,on the helicopter landing platform helicopter crash process using non linear finite element software MSC.Dytran,numerical simulation.Three typical positions of the helicopter impacting the platform at the 1.8m/s speed were simulated under the emergency landing condition,and the impact force and energy conversion of the helicopter platform and its supporting structure were analyzed in detail.At the same time,the strength of the helicopter platform and its supporting structure are evaluated.Still have the residual strength of large structure was hit in the dangerous position,so in the CAP437 in the provisions of the impact coefficient of2.5 is safe when checking this platform,the helicopter platform and its supporting structure can be further optimized to reduce weight and save steel.At the same time,due to the characteristics of the helicopter platform and its supporting structure,the influence of different position on the motion of helicopter after the impact is not the same,so the emergency landing should try to select some of the helicopter balance position.
