Offshore platform is the main infrastructure of offshore oil and gas development, with the larger and larger scale, its security is paid more and more attention, once the accident of platform happens, aid will be very difficult because of its special working environment, it will cause great harm to persons, property and the environment, so it is of great significance to the safety assessment of offshore drilling platform.Combined with the plan of jack up drilling platform, fire explosion hazard identification is studied for the following equipment:dangerous area near the wellhead, operating equipment with oil and gas, open flame operating unit and units of storing flammable and explosive gas liquids, easily dangerous equipment and the cause of accident are identified.By using risk element selection criteria of DOW chemical evaluation method, combining hazard identification results,6 dangerous units are identified, the index of each units is calculated, then the risk index of each units is reduced after the compensation to the evaluation results, risk index and risk rank of units are obtained.. Then the safety measures are put forward from several aspects, equipment, technical personnel, safety inspection and fire prevention.Through the study on the cause of collision, collision environment and collision mechanism, the initial parameters and analysis method of the collision simulation are confirmed. Dimensional models of jack up drilling platform and ship are built by using solidworks, the collision between the platform and ship is simulated by using Ansys Workbench Explicit Dynamics. Different collision conditions are simulated by setting different initial state, the ship is at different speeds and in different angles, and the platform is in different operating depth. Dynamic responses and dangerous parts of the platform are analyzed. Then the frequency of collision is calculated. Safety measures are put forward to reduce the risk of accident.
