Leaf blade Parts are the main working parts of aero-aerospace engines,ship gas turbines,flue gas turbines and generators used in the power industry,and they have a wide range of applications.In this part of the work,mainly through the fluid medium in the blade on the working surface of the high-speed flow of power to drive the main axis of movement.The design structure and machining precision of the blade have a direct impact on the efficiency of the whole machine.YL type flue gas wheel motor blade is a kind of complex torsion free curved surface parts,surface modeling difficulties,its processing technology· is poor,in the processing of the moving blade,solid modeling and CNC machine tool is very high.The traditional CNC machine tools on the first rough machining,and then grinding,polishing and other finishing;this traditional processing method is not only time-consuming but also difficult to ensure the accuracy and quality of the machined surface.With the increasingdevelopment of NC technology,this kind of part adopts multi-axis NC machine tool to manufacture,which ensures its machining accuracy and improves the machining speed.However,in this multi-axis NC machining process,each shaft to the flue gas turbine blade interaction,in the effect of the force of the blade is prone to deformation,research and analysis of the flue gas turbine blade machining method is very necessary.In this paper,the machining process planning,CAM programming technology and the finite element simulation of cutting deformationduring blade machining are studied in the process of the YL type flue gas wheel motor blade.The structural design of the YL type moving blade,the coordinates of the spatial line of the movable blade and the NC machining process are analyzed.Firstly,the fitting algorithm of NURBS curves is applied to the node insertion method in the shape of the blade section.Using the NURBs spline curve constructor function in UG software,it can accurately draw the cross-section curve shape of the moving blade on multiple sections,and the solid model of the YL type flue gas wheel motor blade is generated by using UG NURBS surface modeling module.According to the structural characteristics of the parts of the process analysis,the use of UG processing module for its machining simulation,and the generation of cutter trajectory.Secondly,the stress and deformation in NC machining are studied.ANSYS software is used to analyze the deformation of the parts under the action of cutting force in the cutting process.Finally,the CAM automatic NC machining programming of the leaf body surface of the YL type flue gas wheel motor blade is made,NC code is generated,and the machining test is verified on the MAZAK Integrex 200-ST-type five-axis NC machining machine,achieved good effect.
