Mine locomotive rail transport is the main way of transportation to transport coal gangue,material and so on.Underground railway is widely distributed and complicated,it is easy to transport locomotive crash,rear-end and other accidents,once the accident happens,the whole mine transportation task would be affected in a short time.With the increasing of mining and transportation tasks,coal mine puts higher requirements for the real-time monitoring and dispatching of locomotives.Therefore,the research of intelligent monitoring and optimization dispatching system of mine rail transit has great significance for improving the efficiency of mine locomotive transportation and economy efficiency,and ensuring the safety of locomotive transportation.Based on the background of Kongzhuang Coal Mine of Datun coal and electricity company in this thesis,aiming at the existing problems of the mine track transport monitoring and control system,the system uses PLC control technology,remote monitoring technology,network information technology,sensor detection and combined with ant colony algorithm to realize intelligent monitoring and scheduling optimization of mine rail transportation.Firstly,this thesis designs the overall structure of the intelligent monitoring and optimization dispatching system of orbital transportation,analyzes the design method of route interval signal rail transport process and interlocking rules,and discusses the control principle and the principle of locomotive positioning system.Then,aiming at the transportation scheduling problem of the mine locomotive,this thesis establishes the optimization target of the shortest transportation path under the load condition of the locomotive.According to the optimization target,this thesis establishes the mathematical model of the locomotive optimization dispatching,and solves the model using the ant colony algorithm,finally,this thesis completes planning of the locomotive running path.Subsequently,according to the realization of system function and field equipment,this thesis completes the design of the control system hardware and field equipment,and also completes the design of relevant electrical control schematic.Using Siemens S7-1200 PLC to complete the system data monitoring and automatic control operation.In the aspect of system network,the system uses PROFIBUS DP fieldbus and PROFINET Industrial Ethernet and wireless communication to build thecommunication network and achieve the system data transmission.Finally,this thesis uses STEP7 V13 to write PLC control system program to realize the automatic control and signal lockout of the switchboard signal machine during the locomotive dispatching process.Using WINCC to design the monitor computer display interface to realize real-time monitoring and remote control of locomotive running status.
