With the rapid development of China's modernization,metal pipe has been applied to all areas of social production.Cold-rolled pipe has been the technology industry favored due to its excellent performance.The new type of cold rolling mill's rotary/feeding device generally use a separate DC motor,and the motor power supply part of the single-phase or three-phase full-control rectifier circuit.The drive and brake control components are thyristor.Because the thyristor is a semi control element,it must rely on the AC commutation to produce natural turn off.In this paper,according to the defects of the existing rotary/feed controller,we would use IGBT to construct the DC motor drive and brake circuit.It eliminates the necessary commutation circuit of the original thyristor system,making the original AC-DC circuit into a DC-DC circuit.At the same time,because the IGBT is the full control element,it can freely control the on-off time and improve the control precision.This design is helpful to improve the product quality and production efficiency of cold rolling pipe,and has a certain role in promoting the development of the cold rolling mill.In this paper,the control principle of DC motor is analyzed firstly.Based on this,the system composition,circuit structure,hardware and software design of the system are discussed,and the overall system design is completed.This scheme adopts TI's TMS320F28335 digital signal processor as control core,supplemented by the power supply module,signal output module,signal measurement module,speed measurement module and human-computer interaction module to compose the hardware circuit.On the basis of hardware assembly and debugging,the software design of the controller is completed.The software adopts the modular design idea,which not only improves the efficiency,but also helps to modify,debug and upgrade the software.In the end,a new rotation/feed motor control algorithm is proposed,and the result of the MATLAB simulation demonstrates the availability of the algorithm.After the completion of the programming and application of the control algorithm,the experimental device is built in the laboratory.The results show that the controller has a good control performance.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,and some suggestions for future work are put forward.
