Blastfurnace(BF)top pressure is an important parameter of BF.If the BF top pressure is not stable during BF operation,it will cause slipping or hanging.In this paper,study is made on 3200m3 BF7 of LYS,and the key factors contributing to fluctuation of the BF top pressure in respect of BF technology,and describes control methodology of combining feedforward model and PID as well as TRT BF top pressure control system,for the purpose of stable control over top pressure,namely research on methodology of combining feedforward mathematical model and normal PID control,optimizing BF top pressure in real-time manner,so as to stabilize top pressure in range set.Details of the research are as followings:First,importance of stable BF top pressure on BF operation as well as development of control over TRT BF top pressure home and overseas are introduced,and analysis is made on current status of BF top pressure control system of LYS as well as the control target.Second,from the viewpoint of technology,analysis is made on BF top pressure regulation mechanism and the switch-over process of LYS 3200m3 BF,and main contributions are figured out in blower,hot-air exchange furnace,in-furnace air flow change,top charge distribution and even pressure of charge tank.Third,on basis of above analysis on technology,charge distribution feedforward mathematical model and charge tank even pressure model are established,and algorithm of BF top pressure PIF feedforward control is designed.Change of charge surface flow rate during charge distribution process is analysed,and charge distribution feedforward model is built;charge tank even pressure feedforward model is built through analysis on charge tank even pressure process,and TRT stationary blade is operated by use of charge distribution and even pressure feedforward information,so that negative effects of charge distribution delay on top pressure are eliminated,and problem of the delay in top pressure regulation of TRT stationary blade is solved out.
