The Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Air Pollution In The Chang Zhu Tan

The cost of the extensive mode of economic development is always leading to the aggravation of environmental pollution.Since the economic development was acted as the center of the basic line for a long-term,the environmental protection has not received due attention,soil,water and atmosphere were subjected to serious pollution all around the ground.It has brought great challenges to our economic and social sustainable development.At present,one of the most prominent environmental pollution problems in China is that the air quality being more and more serious.The haze,PM2.5 becomes hot topics,and the public has complained so much about the atmospheric pollution and pays more attention than ever before.Therefore,it needs the government to enhance their duties in air quality protection,and take effective measures to solve the problem of air pollution as soon as possible.The air pollution control in China nowadays is full of difficulties and challenges for the government,though lot of work has been done.The present condition is still not satisfied.The air pollution is not well controlled,and the public health and safety is still threatened by poor atmosphere.Besides,the air pollution is leading to the economy retard,influencing the industry,agriculture and transportations.The control of air quality will definitely concern the economy development and benefits of some people.Therefore,it puts forward higher demands for governments.More powerful and effective strategies should be proposed to solve the problem for the bottom line.In the paper,the air quality condition and pollution control in ChangZhuTan district is chosen as the subject to investigate.The research and analysis is performed on the basis of the public administration theory,and utilizes the environmental protection and related disciplines of knowledge,collaborative governance theory,and the theory of role of the government.By the method of paper reading and facts investigation,the air pollution control countermeasures in Changzhutan district were discussed.The first chapter presents research background and significance;the key research subject and its significance are proposed.And the literature study is conducted about review and the article writing method,writing ideas,in order to sort out the main research contents and innovation.After that,the concepts and theories are discussed around the subjects.Literature research concepts and method are researched,according to scholars in the field,such as atmospheric pollution concept,air pollution concept,and the responsibility of the government.Besides,multiple theories are also researched,like the theory tragedy of the Commons,theory of government role,and theory of collaborative governance and so on.Then the condition of air quality and pollution in Changzhutan district is analyzed,the facts and reasons are discussed for a full aspects,including the geographic position,economy development and industrial structure.A questionnaire survey is performed in terms of air pollution in the area of comprehensive investigation,to get the Changzhutan air pollution control aspects of detailed first-hand information.In order to obtain more information and strategies,the paper also explores the foreign air pollution control process,such as United States,Britain,Germany and Japan,and useful experiences are concluded.Last but not the least;the paper has concluded some useful strategies on the basis of theory research,facts investigation and experience reference.The strategies include establishment of mechanism elaborating prevention and control,enhancement of environmental protection consciousness,adjustment of industrial structure and new standards establishment of government achievement assessments.
