Faced with the shortage of resources and environmental pollution,people pay more and more attention to the recycling of used textiles.Western countries have a strong sense of recycling waste textile materials.The government has established relevant legal systems and recycling systems.Their research on recycling and reusing waste textile products has been relatively mature,and some products have been industrialized.Co MPared with the developed countries in the world,the recycling rate of waste textiles in China is relatively low,and no complete recycling system has been formed.However,the support from the government has been continuously increasing in recent years,and it is clearly proposed to strengthen and speed up the recycling of waste resources Re-use,establish a recycling resource outlook,improve technological innovation,and promote beautiful China.In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste textiles,improve the recycling rate of waste textiles and maximize the utilization of resources,this paper uses waste textile,hemp fiber and low melting point polyester staple as raw material,,Airlaid,hot air bonding process to prepare a regenerative vehicle felt-based materials,and the performance of various aspects of the product were studied and co MPared,as follows:1.Waste textile pretreatment process research,including: recycling,disinfection,sorting,cutting,tearing,opening,carding and so on.2.Select the combination of new fiber and regenerated fiber as the raw material for preparing the felt-based material,and test and analyze the basic performance of the raw material.The new fibers include hemp fiber and low-melting polyester staple fiber.The recycled fiber is recycled polyester.3.Designing the felt-based material for regenerative vehicle by mechanical carding and hot air bonding process,and adjusting the process conditions such as pressure,temperature,time and fiber proportion in the felt process,through single-factor experiment and positive Experimental optimization of the process to determine the best process parameters,and the recycled car felt-based materials with various properties of the test analysis.4.Based on the laboratory sample exploration,a prototype test was carried out.The felt-based materials for regenerative vehicle were designed by using air-laid and hot-air bonding technology.The performance of felt-based materials for recycled vehicle was tested and coMPared.Through this series of experiments,analysis and research have been:1.Through the disinfection,sorting,cutting,tearing,opening,combing pretreated recycled polyester and regenerated denim cotton fibers.2.Twenty-six samples were prepared by mechanical carding and hot-air bonding process.The parameters of the single-factor experimental samples were as follows: the components were hemp fiber / recycled polyester / low melting polyester staple fiber,the content percentage of low melting polyester staple fiber 10% ~ 50%,hot melt temperature is 150 ~ 190 ?,hot melt time is 5 ~ 17 min,pressure is 0.1 ~ 0.5MPa.Orthogonal experimental sample parameters are: hemp fiber / polyester / low melting point polyester staple fiber is 15/65/20,15/60/25,15/55/30;hot melt temperature 175,180,185 ° C;hot melt The time is 8,11,14min;the pressure is 0.2,0.3,0.4MPa.3.The optimal combination determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment is as follows: ratio of hemp fiber / recycled polyester / low melting point polyester staple fiber: 15/55/30,temperature of 185 ?,time of 8min,pressure of 0.3 MPa.4.The felt-based material for regenerative vehicle prepared in laboratory is better in softness and bulkiness;the compressibility is proportional to the degree of loft;the thermal insulation increases with the increase of bulk density;the moisture permeability is better;the permeability Sex increases with increasing bulkiness.5.CoMPared with laboratory samples,the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of medium-stage sample 27 were better than that of laboratory samples,the permeability of gas was worse and the other properties were not changed much.The mechanical properties of sample 28 and sample 27 were different.The experimental analysis and research done in this subject can provide some theoretical reference for further developing functional automotive felt-based materials and industrial application,and have important practical significance for improving the recycling rate of waste textile.
