Seamless underwear machine is a high-end circular weft knitting machine equipment in the textile industry.It has a significant advantage of one-time forming,no need for large suture and tailoring,and can be used to make underwear,swimsuit and other costumes.At present,the seamless underwear machine technology is dominated by a number of European and American enterprises represented by the Italian company Santoni,leading to the fact that most domestic seamless underwear products are imported directly from abroad.China's self-developed seamless underwear machine equipment due to a single function,control system,human-computer interaction system is not advanced enough and so on,is still in the initial stage of developing the market.As an important part of the new generation of information technology,the Internet of things has been developing and maturing in recent years,and has been widely applied in smart home,power grid equipment,logistics equipment,medical equipment and agricultural equipment.This also indicates a new direction for the development of knitted machinery.At the same time,most knitting enterprises still have extensive management of knitted equipment.They are also seeking new management methods.Therefore,the demand for equipment networking supervision is also more and more urgent.This paper deeply studied the process characteristics and control requirements of knitted seamless underwear machine,and proposed a new technology scheme of man-machine interaction system for knitted seamless underwear machine,that is,access to Wi-Fi networking technology on the basis of meeting traditional control needs,and achieve remote monitoring function.The system consists of the hardware platform module,the man-machine terminal module and the remote monitoring module.This paper has designed and implemented the three modules.The hardware platform module mainly used the TI AM335 X high performance ARM core board based on Cortex-A8,extended dual port RAM parallel bus circuit,RS485,RS422,USB serial bus circuit,SD card interface circuit,and designed the liquid crystal display circuit,touch circuit,external keyboard circuit and Wi-Fi control circuit based on ESP8266-07 module etc.The man-machine terminal module based on the tailored Linux operation system,established communication mechanism with real-time control layer,external keyboard and remote control terminal,and realized an interactive interface with perfect function,easy to use and good user experience.Remote control module provided data sending and receiving service for man-machine terminal based on Netty network application framework,provided Web access services for browsers,provided data interaction services for Android based on the web component JSP/Servlet based on Java technology and used the MySQL database to manage the production data in a unified way.Finally,it provided users with the form of human-machine terminal,web page and Android application.The former completed the function of field operation equipment,and the latter two completed the function of remote monitoring.By testing the function and communication mode of the human-computer interaction system in the laboratory and the workshop,the feasibility of the design of the system is verified.The whole system has the characteristics of good interactive function,convenient monitoring method,stable and reliable and so on.It has a good prospect of industrial application.
