Study On Ecological Environment Change And Its Evaluation In Shenyang

Ecological environment is related to the survival and development of human beings,and the destruction of ecological environment will lead to the deterioration of human living environment.In recent years,the eco-environmental pressure in China has been increasing and the ecological destruction,environmental deterioration and other problems are becoming more and more serious.The changes of the ecological environment were not formed in a short time,but been formed in a long time.The ecological environment changes of a region can be studied from this area to be a city for the first time and then the ecological environment of each period is evaluated.The inner mechanism of the change of regional ecological environment and the formation of the present situation can be revealed and the change of regional ecological environment can be reflected systematically by the research on this historical dimension.In this paper,Shenyang was took as the research object,this paper first puts forward the research on the ecological environment change and evaluation in the historical dimension was first proposed and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the developed three-dimensional ecological footprint were used to evaluate the ecological environment of the historical period and the modern period respectively,and finally some suggestions on the sustainable development of Shenyang were put forward.In the study of ecological environment change,according to the history of Shenyang,the study period was divided into the period of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States the period of Liao Jin,Yuan,Ming,Qing and the Republic of China,and the modern period after the founding of the PRC.The population,war and policy were main factors influencing the ecological environment in the historical period and the rapid economic growth and improper exploitation of resources were the main factors affecting the modern ecological environment.In the study of ecological environment assessment,the results of ecologicalenvironmental assessment in the historical period showed that the arrangement of ecological environment was the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States,the period of Liao Jin,the Yuan Dynasty,the Ming Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty,which indicated that the ecological environment of Shenyang has been deteriorating gradually in the historical period.The results of ecological environmental assessment in the modern period showed that from 1995 to 2015,the ecological carrying capacity of Shenyang fluctuated within a narrow range generally;the per capital ecological footprint,ecological deficit,footprint size and the footprint depth increased along a wave-like curve.The changing rates of footprint size and depth tended to stabilize gradually.The way of natural capital utilization of cultivated land changed from capital flow to capital stock in 2004,the capital stock replaced capital flow and became a source to meet the need of natural resources in the regional cultivated land,the use ratios of stock-flows increased gradually.The capital flow had been used by woodland and the occupancy rates of capital flows remained unchanged.The capital stock had been used by grassland and waters,and the use ratios of stock-flows increased gradually.The development of Shenyang was in an unsustainable state.Coordinating the relationship between natural capital stock consumption and the utilization of stock-flows was one of the key ways to realize the sustainable development of Shenyang.Developing new resource,rationally planning the land and improving land utilization are used to reduce the consumption of natural capital.At the same time,strengthening the protection of ecological environment is needed to achieve sustainable development.
