Research On Industrial Structure Optimization Under The Background Of Low-carbon Economy In Heilongjiang Province

A large number of greenhouse gas emissions cause global warming,the arctic ice cap melting,etc.These disasters phenomenon on the surface seems to be the environmental problems,and in fact is the economy.The reason for this is that the process of global industrialization is fossil energy high investment for economic output,this is bound to cause carbon dioxide emissions of greenhouse gases.At present,the developed countries has entered the post-industrial era,is gradually transform to the low carbon economic development model,The rationalization of industrial structure and the fundamentals of restricting the economic development.Thus promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,transformation of the mode of economic growth and realize the coordinated development of economy and environment.Based on the above reasons,this paper tries to set up a based on the perspective of low carbon industrial structure optimization evaluation index system.Hope that the system can play a guiding role for the development of regional industrial structure.First,analyzing the status quo of the low carbon economy and industrial structure in Heilongjiang province,find out the limit of low carbon economy development and upgrade of industrial structure.Then,a low carbon economy and industrial structure of Heilongjiang province were studied,the relation of the inner link between the two,found that the two problems in the process of integration.Finally,the establishment of evaluation index system,and carries on the empirical analysis in Heilongjiang province as an example,the analysis results merged with earlier studies have found that the problem,put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.
