The underwater diamond wire saw is a kind of special underwater operation equipment which is used to cut submarine pipeline and its main function is to cut the damaged oil and gas pipelines and offshore oil platform jacket.The subject comes from higher specialized research fund for the Doctoral Program,which aims at designing and developing a domestic submarine operations equipment with independent intellectual property rights and experimental study and related to verify its cutting performance.This thesis provides a very important reference for the research of underwater diamond wire saw by overall structural designing?doing simulation and conducting experiments based on the successful experience of foreign-designed diamond wire saw.This paper clears the basic working principle of diamond wire saw machine based on the development status and research trends of domestic and foreign diamond wire saw,researchs the ontology scheme of the underwater diamond wire saw machine according to the design requirements,and completes the structure design,at the same time do the strength check on the key components.The further research of dynamic characteristics is carried on about the rope saw machine body in working process.First of all,according to wire saw special working stress state,analysis the mechanical properties of the wire saw clamping,and carries on the simulation of the clamping process to determine the wire saw clamping force;then,analysis the interaction between the wheel and the driven wire rope saw machine,get the torque transmission calculation method of the driving wheel on stable working condition;finally,according to the flexible cutting characteristics of wire saw machine,researchs the vibration of Beaded rope and shock characteristics of shock characteristics in the working process.Through in-depth analysis of grinding mechanism of diamond wire saw cutting pipes and grinding process of single diamond grits,this paper prove the characteristics of grinding depth of single diamond grits on its grinding force.The wear process of diamond wire saw grinding operation are studied,focuses on analyzing of wear form of diamond wire saw cutting steel,with the help of scanning electron microscope,micro single diamond grits wear characteristics after grinding is studied.Through the experimental study on diamond wire saw cutting pipes,verifying the rationality of the design principle of the rope saw machine.During the trial,single factor method and the uniform test method is used to analyze the influence of cutting parameters on cutting efficiency,get the relationship between the tension and pressure curve.By using single factor method analyzed the influence of different cutting parameters on cutting efficiency and establish the mathematical model of cutting parameters and cutting efficiency,and the optimal combination of cutting parameters were determined.
